DEPOSITS
For parties of 5 or more, a deposit of £10 per person is required, which will be deducted from your final bill on the night. Should your party reduce in size, and we are not made aware via email 48 hours in advance, the original number of guests that were booked will be charged.

CANCELLATION
Deposits are non-refundable should you cancel less than 48 hours in advance via email.

BOOKING TIME
Your booking time is the time we expect your party seated in the restaurant. On busy evenings your table may be allocated later in the evening for another guest, if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, please call ahead to ensure we are still able to accommodate your booking.

EARLY EVENING
Our early evening menu is available 5pm – 8pm Tuesday – Thursday. 5pm – 6.30pm Friday and Saturday.
To receive the early evening menu offer, parties must be fully seated in the restaurant for their booking time.
The early evening menu is only available for tables of a maximum 6 guests.

Early evening menu not available between 24th November and 24th December inclusive. During this festive period, guests between 1-9 persons may choose from our a la carte menu, or christmas party menu. Parties of 10 or more are required to dine from the Christmas party menu.

CHALLENGE 25
We operate a Challenge 25 policy throughout the Blacksmiths Loft. Please note under 18’s are not allowed in the Blacksmiths Lounge bar after 6:30pm and we operate a zero alcohol policy for under 18’s in the restaurant.
